Hi, my name is Tasha and I feel ALIVE!!  I'm a busy mom business owner and had gained 40 lbs since I met my husband - it was difficult for me to lose weight after having a baby.

I knew that if I worked out at the gym really hard for two hours, five days a week and ate healthy I could lose the weight in about six months...

But I was SO BUSY all the time that this just wasn't feasible. Yes, I know working out and investing in myself should come first, but I didn't want to swap my sleep or minimal free time for the gym.

On January 1, 2018 I got on the scale and it said 163 lbs. This was eye-opening for me and it's the day my life changed FOREVER.

It was time. I had to make a change, but instead of vowing to go back to the gym for two hour work-outs (I did consider getting up at 5:30 AM to do this) -- I thought to myself - there has to be another way to lose weight that is EASY, HEALTHY and QUICK.

My first Google search brought me to Dr. Oz's Total 10 Rapid Weight Loss Plan.  As I read about it, I realized it involved only eating food to lose weight - and quickly.

I said to myself...I can eat to lose weight!  I can do this!

So I started January 2nd and removed what I call the UGLY foods from my diet -- but there was one thing missing. In order for this to work, I had to feel like I was not giving up so many foods. So I found SEXY SWAPS to replace the UGLY Foods! It worked!

I eat such delicious meals and I never feel like I am dieting or restricting myself. It's amazing and the best part - the weight loss without working out!!

I do enjoy working out and I am a big advocate for fitness (we go for walks as a family, kick the ball in the yard, etc.), but working out is not required to succeed with the Sexy in 7 Plan. We recommend that you gradually add in exercise when you are ready even if it's just walking.

When I lost 12 lbs in two weeks and kept losing after this, I knew this was something really special. I lost over 20 pounds in just 7 weeks!  I did it 7 days at a time only by eating food.
